Aunty Esther’s salted egg gourmet snacks are uniquely Singapore.

They are premium snacks birthed from a fusion of seafood restaurant culinary art and bakery skills of the pioneer, Aunty Esther, who grew up in a Hainanese family and honed her culinary skills in her father’s seafood restaurant. She has created Aunty Esther’s savoury snacks with a passion to satisfy the distinctive tastebuds of Singaporean food connoisseurs, spoilt with a great diversity of local and international food fare.

In one mouth swoop, you can taste the richness of delectable, mouth-watering flavours of Aunty Esther’s gourmet savoury snacks that will start you with an addictive crunch.

For seafood lovers, Aunty Esther’s Salted Egg Fish Skin Crisps are basked in golden egg yolk freshly removed from the salted egg, swirled in curry leaves and chilli padi. They are delectable and convenient snacks to meet the craving for seafood at home or in office.

Besides fish skin crisps, Aunty Esther’s Salted Egg Potato Crisps are delightful to your tastebuds with the irresistibly rich umami flavor of the salted egg yolk, slightly spicy and lightly creamy crisps.  They were ranked Number 1 by The Sunday Times in January 2018, topping its peers as the best salted egg potato chips.

With Hawker Culture in Singapore being inscribed on the UNESCO list of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, it is the dream of Aunty Esther’s to preserve a part of Singapore’s eclectic food heritage originated mainly from China and India immigrants since 19th Century, whose food culture were infused with local Malay food culture and European palate during more than a century of British rule.

From third world to the first world, Singapore has acquired sophisticated palate of the Michelin star of cuisine, which sets the stage for Aunty Esther’s to innovate and strive for new artisanal snacks targeting the Singaporean food connoisseurs.
